KC Lights Releases Festival Piano Mix of “Hold On” ft. Kye Sones

Emerging Scottish artist KC Lights has just released his popular Festival Piano Mix of his single “Hold On” ft. Kye Sones via Solardo’s Sola label.
“Hold On” ft. Kye Sones is latest single to hit the circuit from KC Lights — and now, he’s unleashed an edit he’s been holding onto until now. The Festival Piano Mix of “Hold On” sees the light of day through Solardo’s Sola label. A soaringly uplifting tune that serves up intricate melodies and nostalgia, “Hold On (Festival Piano Mix)” is a euphoric piano edit of his 2021 hit single. Exceeding over 1.3 million monthly listeners on Spotify since the original release, KC Lights has been on an upward trajectory.
KC Lights has since played some of the world’s biggest stages including Tomorrowland, Creamfields, ADE, as well as numerous performances in the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Holland, Denmark, Germany, France, US, Brazil and Mexico, with many more to come. KC Lights’ career has been on a steady growth spurt over the last five years. His signature sound has opened doors and driven demand for him to remix some of the world’s most prominent artists including Ed Sheeran, Paul Simon, Alicia Keys, Marshmello, Shallou, Jax Jones and MK. Delightfully, his warm uplifting sound is adored by fans as well as industry peers, garnering support from artists such as as Fatboy Slim, Carl Cox, Calvin Harris, Fisher, CamelPhat, Bloodpop, Skrillex, Claptone and more.
“I created this edit shortly after writing the original with vocalist Kye Sones back in 2021. I’ve always been a big fan of spinning my songs in different ways creatively. I had this idea of a 90’s piano riff for the drop and the rest came together pretty quickly. It’s actually been a song that I’ve been closing out my set with for the past year now and the response has been incredible. It’s one of my favorites!” – KC Lights
