Once again, David Guetta has rung in the new year from a historic landmark.
Some will remember the electronic dance music icon closing out 2020 with a performance in Paris in addition to his “United At Home” series with virtual sets from Miami, New York City, and Dubai throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Well, he kept the streak alive this past weekend delivering a New Year’s Eve live stream set from The Louvre in Abu Dhabi.
Last year he threw down in front Paris’ iconic Louvre Glass Pyramid and to welcome 2022, the French superstar delivered a 90-minute set atop a platform on the surface of the historic museum’s tidal pools putting on quite the show for fans across the globe.
In his latest set, those who tune in will catch a boatload of his recent productions alongside MORTEN serving up a lethal dose of their “future rave” sound, his remixes of Shouse’s “Love Tonight,” iiO’s “Rapture, “Coldplay & BTS’s “My Universe,” Energy 52’s “Cafe Del Mar” and many more!
