Finding talent is always the hardest part of owning an event production company. Lately, we have been using Indeed for many of our new staff. We are also using specialized Facebook groups that have the people we need as members. For instance, one of the Facebook groups we use is for stagehands and tech workers. I put a post up in that and got 30+ responses in 24 hours from people that have experience building truss, running lights, being video techs, etc. and so it made my hiring so much easier.
