The legendary Ibiza club brand revives New York’s iconic outdoor venue and returns to the city with major bookings, beginning June 2026.
After years of turmoil, delays, and a shuttered season, the iconic Brooklyn Mirage is being reborn under a new identity — Pacha New York. The international nightlife powerhouse is taking over the East Williamsburg venue and adjoining Great Hall complex under a long-term operational agreement between Pacha’s parent company, FIVE Holdings, and Axar Capital Management, the primary lender of the former Mirage operator.
The transformation marks a major moment for New York’s electronic music landscape, bringing the 50-plus-year legacy of Ibiza’s famed Pacha brand to one of America’s most storied outdoor club spaces. The venue’s first season will run June through October 2026, with plans to host an eclectic mix of global headliners and homegrown talent on the open-air stage.
Pacha New York’s opening weekend has already become one of the most anticipated dates on this summer’s dance calendar, with Michael Bibi secured for June 20 and Black Coffee closing the weekend on June 21, providing a powerful blend of UK underground energy and Afro-house mastery to christen the new era at 140 Stewart Ave. Pacha NYC previously occupied the 30,000-square-foot Hell’s Kitchen space at 618 West 46th Street from 2005 though January 2016. Following the historic venue closing, the iconic Pacha brand officially returns to the Big Apple ten years later.
The relaunch comes after a tumultuous chapter for the Brooklyn Mirage, which spent much of 2025 mired in bankruptcy and closed entirely after failing to meet safety standards, leading to canceled events and a loss of trust among local fans. Pacha New York’s operators are working to turn that page, emphasizing high-production shows, global appeal, and deep community engagement while offering ticket credits to unrefunded patrons from the Mirage era.
Additional events are currently being announced for Pacha New York’s summer programming, which now also includes June 13 & 14 “Unlocked” with Rampa (Keinemusik), Masters at Work (Louie Vega & Kenny Dope) on June 26, Planet Pride on June 27, Vintage Culture on July 3, Lost Frequencies on August 15, and additional headline dates across the summer from Black Coffee. Check this space for upcoming events at Pacha New York as the venue’s inaugural season approaches.
