This week’s DJ LIFE Mobile Monday DJ spotlight, presented by QSC, shines on DJ Drew Noller of Siagel Productions from Boston.
DJ Drew Noller is this week’s DJ LIFE Mobile Monday spotlight. Presented by QSC, Drew of Siagel Productions is a mobile DJ based out of Boston, Massachusetts. From spinning his first set at just 12 years old to commanding packed dance floors across the region, DJ Drew Noller has built his career on energy, passion, and connection.
As a longtime member of the Siagel Productions team, Noller started his journey under the mentorship of company veteran Michael, learning the fundamentals of mixing, crowd reading, and event production. What began as a spark of curiosity quickly turned into a full-fledged career — one that’s taken him from local mall gigs to large-scale events and club residencies.

When DJ LIFE spoke with Noller regarding all things mobile DJ, here’s how it went down…
DJ LIFE: How did you get started as a DJ?
DJ Drew Noller: My journey as a DJ started at 12 years old when I connected with Michael from Siagel Productions, who began teaching me the art of mixing and reading a crowd. My first event was DJing at a local mall for Siagel, and before long I was a regular on the company’s roster. As I got older, I expanded into emceeing events and later ventured into spinning at clubs. What began as curiosity became a lifelong passion. DJing has taught me creativity, discipline, and the power of music to connect people — and that’s what keeps me inspired every time I step behind the decks.
DJ LIFE: What does being a mobile DJ mean to you?
Noller: Being a mobile DJ means bringing energy and connection to wherever I go. Every event is unique; a new crowd, a new venue, a new vibe, and I love the challenge of reading a room and creating an atmosphere that makes each night memorable in its own way. It’s about more than just playing music; it’s about curating moments that people will remember.
DJ LIFE: Can you tell us about your current DJ setup?
Noller: My go-to system is centered around my KC12 speakers. They sound amazing, look great, and can keep up with the heavy microphone work at Mitzvahs that bogs other systems down. I mix on a REV7 controller and use Shure SLX-D wireless mics. On larger events, I have the luxury of using QSC LA112 & LS118s, and with those, I pipe everything through a TouchMix for greater control. Outside of audio, events at Siagel Productions often incorporate complex lighting designs, TVs & video walls, dance floors, lounge furniture, photo booths, and unique games. Every event is truly unique, but the one constant is QSC sound.
DJ LIFE: Do you have any favorite or new gear that you’re currently using?
Noller: The KC12s are probably top of my list for this year. I cannot overstate how much of a game changer these have been.
DJ LIFE: What are some of the biggest pros and cons of being a mobile DJ?
Noller: The biggest pro is the freedom I get to bring music to people and make their events come alive. Every night is different, and there is nothing better than seeing a packed dance floor and feeling that shared energy. The worst con would be the setups and strikes; especially on these large events, there are plenty of 20+ hour days. But once the lights come down, the bass starts pumping, and the crowd is moving, it’s all worth it.
