DJX ’27 Dates Announced for Atlantic City Return

The Cultural Crossfade: The largest, longest-running, and most impactful gathering of DJs & producers in the hemisphere, DJX is set for August ‘27 return to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

Atlantic City, N.J. – The 2027 version of DJX will return to The Boardwalk. Known as the largest, longest-running, and most impactful gathering of DJs & producers in the hemisphere, DJX is set for August 9-12 at AC’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. It will be DJX’s 37th year since its 1990 inception.

Presented by DJ LIFE and Hazan Media Group, DJX is also pleased to announce that room rates at Hard Rock will be set at $139 a night, representing the lowest official rate since the show moved to the property. This will make DJX more accessible and allow its community to enjoy the benefits of staying together on one campus.

More DJX ’27 details, registration information, programming announcements, and hotel-booking links will be released soon.

    “THE CULTURAL CROSSFADE”

A crossfade is one of the most fundamental techniques in DJ culture. One record doesn’t stop. Another doesn’t abruptly begin. For a brief moment, both coexist. The past and future overlap. Different sounds coexist. Different audiences share the same space. The transition becomes an experience. That idea perfectly reflects what DJX has become.

This past August, DJX ’26 confirmed what many of us have been seeing across the industry. Today’s DJ culture is no longer defined by a single lane. DJs are creators. Producers. Entrepreneurs. Influencers. Educators. Community builders. What were once separate worlds now overlap every day.

The Cultural Crossfade is not about one style of music. It is about the intersection of cultures, generations, disciplines, technologies, communities, and lifestyles. It is about the space where creativity meets business, where legacy meets innovation, and where the next chapter of DJ culture is being written.

ONE WEEK. ONE CAMPUS. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE CULTURE.

DJX ’27 returns to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Aug. 9-12, for four days built around the people, ideas, brands, technology, education, and real-world connections moving the culture forward. This is where one culture comes together on one campus – all in one place, under one roof, during one week. Demo the latest gear. Explore emerging technology. Learn from leading voices. Connect with DJs, producers, creators, brands, and decision-makers who are shaping what comes next. Because at DJX, opportunity still starts with eye contact, a handshake, and being in the room.

Make your plans now and be part of The Cultural Crossfade in ’27.
