DJ-Market Return: beyerdynamic Reveals New Customizable Headphones

The DJ 300 PRO X & DJ 300 PRO X CLUB mark a long-awaited comeback, blending premium sound, modular design, and personalization for DJs.

After more than a decade away from the DJ scene, beyerdynamic is making a gallant return with the launch of the DJ 300 PRO X and DJ 300 PRO X CLUB – two new professional-grade headphones designed to meet the demands of modern performers. Both models introduce a versatile 2-in-1 modular design that allows users to instantly switch between on-ear and over-ear pads, offering flexibility for both portability and isolation. Each pair can also be customized through beyerdynamic’s online configurator, allowing DJs create their own signature look.

Built on the same powerful acoustic foundation, the DJ 300 PRO X delivers a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, while the DJ 300 PRO X CLUB adds a vibrant edge with its silver accents and orange “CLUB” detailing. Both feature 45mm dynamic drivers that deliver deep bass, crisp highs, and a clean, balanced sound profile that remains distortion-free even at high volumes, which aides in ensuring every detail of a mix cuts through on stage or in the studio.

“The DJ scene is as diverse as the music we play. That’s why our latest DJ headphones come in two versions – one minimal and one bold. We’re particularly proud of our unique 2-in-1 system, which makes the headphones a truly versatile tool. And for those who want to go one step further, our customizable ear cups offer the chance to make a personal statement.” – Kevin Nietsch, Product Manager at beyerdynamic

Staying true to beyerdynamic’s reputation for durability and precision engineering, both models include a detachable, dual-sided cable connection with bayonet locking to reduce handling noise, plus a foldable design for easy storage between gigs. From the headband to the ear pads, every component is replaceable, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to sustainability and long-term reliability. With their customizable design, robust sound, and flexible fit, the DJ 300 PRO X and DJ 300 PRO X CLUB are on deck to become essential tools for the next generation of DJs and producers.
