Following its debut at Ultra Music Fest Miami, the two dance music powerhouses join forces for their latest collaboration via Capitol Records.
Available now through Capitol Records, Alesso and Becky Hill have collaborated on their newest single, “Surrender.” Alesso, the global electronic music DJ/producer powerhouse, teams up with UK’s superstar talent Becky Hill on “Surrender,” a soaring new dance music anthem that’s certain to make waves within the scene, especially in the throes of festival season.
Following poster sightings all throughout Miami during Miami Music Week, leading up to his Ultra Music Festival main stage performance, the rollout for Alesso’s collaboration with Becky Hill certainly built a generous amount of hype and anticipation.
“Becky Hill is a once in a generation talent,” says Alesso. “Her voice is made for tracks like ‘Surrender’. I am excited for the world to fall in love with this track like we did.”
“Surrender” marks the first time that Alesso and Becky Hill have worked together as main artists on a song together, however, the two previously united on his track “Words,” in which Becky was the writer of the song lyrics. This time, “Surrender” showcases Alesso’s uplifting and euphoric sound coupled with Becky’s raw and powerful vocals. On the track, Alesso serves up a dose of distinguishable progressive house builds and dance floor-ready drops to seamlessly accompany Becky Hill’s hypnotizing, soulful performance and haunting vocal delivery.
Fans can catch Alesso during weekend 2 of Coachella in Indio, California, where he’s slated to perform a special back-to-back set — under his Body Hi alias — alongside Gorgon City at the Quasar Stage.
