Following its successful relaunch in 2024, the full list of categories and nominees for the ’25 edition have been announced.
Beatport is bringing back the Beatport Awards, an event that honors excellence in electronic music and DJ culture. Set to take place during the International Music Summit (IMS) Ibiza on April 24, 2025, the awards ceremony will be held at Atzaró Agroturismo at 7:30 PM local time. Following its successful relaunch in 2024, the awards will recognize outstanding contributions to the industry using a mix of Beatport sales data, expert panel decisions, and fan votes.
Hosted by TV and radio presenter Jess Iszatt, this year’s nominees feature top names like Charlotte de Witte, VTSS, Sara Landry, Salute, Chase & Status, and Carlita, alongside renowned festivals like Tomorrowland, Dekmantel, and Movement.
“At its core, electronic music is about breaking boundaries and creating connections,” said Ed Hill, Senior Vice President of Beatport’s Live & Interactive Group.
The 2025 Beatport Awards will celebrate achievements across multiple categories, including Festival of the Year, Best New DJ, Best DJ Mix, Label to Watch, Producer of the Year, Best Live Performer, and more. The People’s Choice Award allows fans to cast their votes for their favorite artist starting March 24, with voting closing on April 10.
