    Each month we will highlight new songs and include a line of song lyrics, a description of the song’s emotional profile, and a few fun facts — designed to help you advise a wedding couple if they’re looking for something fresh in their playlist.

    Angel in the Dark

    This is not a typical wedding song but for the true EDM fans, Anyma is exploding in popularity.

    Notable Lyrics: “Whatever lies ahead / She’s watching over / Over / Watching over”

    Fun Facts: Anyma received his first Las Vegas residency and the first EDM show at the Sphere with an eight-show stop with the final two dates the second week of January 2025. Anyma has amassed almost 4.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

    Fun Facts: Great Good Fine Ok is a Brooklyn synthpop duo. They have a few live dates in March in Phoenix and California. Danielle Bradbery rose to fame in 2013 when she won season four of The Voice.

    If you love tropical house sets for background music, you will love this song as much as I do.

    Notable Lyrics: “Finding all the ways to fall for you / Even after all this time, my love / Every single day with you”

    Fun Facts: Colona’s popularity is growing with 300k monthly listeners on Spotify. However, his track “I Will Never Forget You” has surpassed 5 million streams. Nate VanDeusen of Bayshore Court has made a name for himself while creating tropical remixes of “Fly Me To The Moon” and “One Headlight”.

     

    Someone to Love You

    SAULT

    A song where R&B meets jazz for a chill vibe for an after-party.

    Notable Lyrics: “Get someone to love you / Get someone who’s only for you”

    Fun Facts: SAULT released the song on Christmas/Hanukkah Day on their 11th studio album titled Acts of Faith. The lead singer is Cleo Sol. As a solo artist, she has 3.8 million monthly Spotify listeners and the group has 4.1 million monthly listeners.

     

    All Of Me

    A beautiful R&B love song for any romantic part of a wedding day.

    Notable Lyrics: “It don’t get no better than this / Everything I’m fantasizing, you know just where my mind is / All day, sideways, your way, my way”

    Fun Facts: The song will be featured on NAO’s upcoming album titled Juniper expected February 21st. NAO starts her 2025 tour in the Netherlands in February and travels through Europe with dates in the U.S. and Canada in April and May.

     

    Fall Into Forever

    A soulful pop song that will remind you of a bit of Coldplay for an upbeat love vibe as guests arrive at the reception venue.

    Notable Lyrics: “I just wanna fall into forever with you / Take your hand and float out into the blue / If this is a daydream, don’t ever wake me”

    Fun Facts: The duo’s biggest hit “Easier” was released in 2023 and has more than 1 million streams. They met by chance as teens in Los Angeles and then honed their skills in NYC. Their sound is promoted as an alternative and soulful approach to pop music.

     

    Me and You

    A folk country track made for a wedding ceremony.

    Notable Lyrics: “If the sun refused to shine, I’ll shine for you / If there’s no color in your sky, I will paint it blue”

    Fun Facts: The song is featured on the soundtrack titled Mel & Jack’s Wedding Mixtape EP on the Netflix show Virgin River season 6. The Promised is a roots/country band with a little rockabilly flavor. The band released their first two singles in July of 2019 and were licensed to the American TV show Virgin River’s 2nd season. They were filmed performing on the show.

     

    Dancing in Love

    A dance track that fits the theme of love on your wedding day.

    Notable Lyrics: “It takеs one night dancing in love / To know a lifetime’s never enough / It takes one night livin’ it up / When you find it you’ll never stop”

    Fun Facts: The song will be featured on Walker’s latest album titled WalkerWorld 2.0 expected on January 10th. Walker has amassed a large following with almost 27 million monthly Spotify listeners. He will start a worldwide tour from late January through March and will be performing at many festivals too in 2025.

     

    Beautiful

    Fiji Blue

    A romantic ballad made perfect for a first dance as newlyweds.

    Notable Lyrics: “The start of a sunrise / But looking in your eyes / Nothing’s as beautiful / As beautiful as you”

    Fun Facts: The music video features footage from Fiji Blue’s wedding in Dayton, Maine. He has passed 1 million monthly Spotify listeners. His two most popular songs make for good wedding songs too “Butterflies” and “It Takes Two”. 

     

    It’ll Always Be You

    A beautiful country love song that will take off in the upcoming wedding season.

    Notable Lyrics: “It’ll always be you / It’ll always be us / No it ain’t always easy / But you’re always the one”

    Fun Facts: Kaylee Rose is a bold Nashville-based singer-songwriter who has a unique style that blends many sounds across the musical spectrum. She is a rising star with nearly half a million monthly Spotify listeners. She has yet to announce tour dates for 2025.
