Have fun and quickly learn to DJ with this easy-to-use controller, starting right from a smartphone.

AlphaTheta Corporation has unveiled the DDJ-FLX2, an intuitive DJ controller designed to make DJing accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced users. With compatibility across multiple DJ applications and streaming services, this versatile controller lets aspiring DJs connect seamlessly to their preferred devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. The DDJ-FLX2 offers an easy-to-use platform for those looking to create unforgettable party sets, explore creative expression, or simply enjoy mixing tracks with friends.

Seamless Compatibility with Apps and Streaming Services

The DDJ-FLX2 is compatible with popular DJ software like rekordbox, djay, and Serato DJ Lite, making it a versatile option for both beginners and advanced DJs. Users can start mixing right away by installing a DJ app on their device and connecting to the controller. For those who don’t have an extensive music library, the DDJ-FLX2 supports integration with streaming services, such as Apple Music through the djay app, granting access to over 100 million tracks to incorporate favorite songs directly into the mix.

Enhanced Mixing with Smart CFX and Smart Fader

The DDJ-FLX2 brings professional-level transitions within reach through features like Smart CFX and Smart Fader. With a simple turn of the Smart CFX knob, DJs can add dynamic effects to tracks, making their performances more expressive and engaging. Meanwhile, Smart Fader optimizes volume, BPM, and bass automatically as users slide the crossfader, allowing smooth transitions between songs from various genres, even if they have contrasting tempos.

Lightweight, Portable, and Ready to Go

Weighing less than previous models, the DDJ-FLX2 is AlphaTheta’s lightest and most compact DJ controller yet, making it perfect for on-the-go performances. Running on USB bus power, it requires no external power source when connected to a PC, Mac, or mobile device via USB Type-C, making setup simple and convenient. Users can play audio through built-in speakers on their device or connect to the controller’s audio output terminals for a more powerful sound experience. The DDJ-FLX2 also supports headphone use for track cueing, enabling DJs to practice techniques and sharpen their skills.

    Performance Pads for Creative Control

With its Performance Pads, the DDJ-FLX2 offers easy access to features like Hot Cue, Pad FX, and Sampler, helping DJs bring their mixes to life with a personal touch. Hot Cue allows users to mark specific points in a track and jump to them instantly, while Pad FX and Sampler enable custom sound effects and finger drumming techniques, adding flair and individuality to each performance.

Whether you’re looking to make your debut or level up your skills, the DDJ-FLX2 by AlphaTheta is built to inspire creativity and elevate DJing to new heights, offering a portable, powerful, and user-friendly tool to bring any vision to life.
