Splash House & Goldenvoice Announce Lineup for ‘24 Return of Desert Air

Touching down at Palm Springs Air Museum and Palm Springs Surf Club from November 15-17, 2024, the full lineup has been revealed.

Nestled within the enigmatic beauty of California’s desert, where modernity and nostalgia blend seamlessly, Palm Springs is once again set to host Desert Air, an electrifying celebration of electronic music. This November, the event promises to be a sensory journey, transforming the expansive Mojave landscape into a haven for music lovers and creative souls.

Presented by Splash House and Goldenvoice, Desert Air has curated a lineup that’s as diverse as it is forward-thinking. The festival will unfold across two of Palm Springs’ most picturesque venues, each offering a distinct atmosphere and unparalleled vibes.

By day, the Palm Springs Surf Club becomes a vibrant hub of activity. Poolside sets and water activities provide the perfect backdrop for an eclectic mix of cultural programming. Here, attendees can indulge in a rich array of food and beverages while soaking in the festival’s unique blend of music and culture.

As night falls, the party shifts to the iconic Palm Springs Air Museum. Known for its open-air tarmac and industrial hangars, this venue provides a stunning juxtaposition of vintage aircraft and the modern beats of electronic music. The majestic San Jacinto mountains serve as a breathtaking backdrop, enhancing the immersive experience.

This year’s lineup for Desert Air is nothing short of stellar. Headlining the event is the innovative Jamie xx, alongside genre-defying artist Kaytranada, and special guest Club Heat—a new collaborative project from Grammy-nominated Tove Lo and British producer SG Lewis. Other notable acts include British sensation Shygirl with her project Club Shy, underground queen VTSS, electropop star Slayyyter (DJ Set), and UK bass and garage rising star Sammy Virji.

The festival also features North America’s revered selector Avalon Emerson and the inimitable Joy Orbison, whose recent track “Flight FM” has captured the attention of electronic music enthusiasts. Attendees can also look forward to performances by Swedish pop sensation COBRAH, the dynamic duo KETBOI69 (Partiboi69 and KETTAMA), Australian talent Mall Grab, French trio Bon Entendeur, the ethereal Sofia Kourtesis, and an electrifying live set from Sam Gellaitry.

Desert Air is committed to spotlighting trailblazers in the electronic music scene. The festival will host live performances by Pretty Girl, Punjabi garage leader Yung Singh, Italy’s okgiorgio, London duo JOY (Anonymous), and rising underground stars Anish Kumar and ATRIP.

In addition to the music, Desert Air partners with some of Los Angeles’ most influential electronic music collectives, including Lights Down Low, Midnight Lovers, Por Detroit, and Chapter One. These partners will bring their own unique experiences to the festival, with Chapter One even hosting a pop-up record shop on-site.

Fans can also expect a series of to-be-announced after parties, top-tier food programming and more, offering an experience that reflects the multi-faceted landscape of global nightlife and the cultural hotbed of Palm Springs.

Accommodations are available to book via Desert Air at a range of partner hotels including Ace Hotel, The Saguaro, The V, Hyatt Palm Springs and more.
