BOOM! Dan Rawson & His BoomBox Booth Are Taking the Mobile-DJ Game to a Whole New Level

Whether it’s for the love of creating music, mixing tracks, or making your audience move with every beat, this new BoomBox Booth has got people buzzing, and we’ve got the inside scoop!

As a mobile DJ, imagine not having to arrive at a gig so early, expending big effort and wasting precious time by lugging gear back and forth. Imagine bringing a tight system of lights, speakers, karaoke, and a digital display to every booking. And what if you could just roll into the venue and start blasting those tunes within minutes. “Impossible,” you say? Well, Dan Rawson, the creator of the BoomBox Booth, says otherwise.

The BoomBox Booth is an all-in-one, completely mobile DJ system, with the coolest façade – an actual BoomBox. Plus, you can set it up faster than you will ever believe. But it isn’t just some decks on wheels… it offers so much more. Ahead of BoomBox Booth’s stop at DJX ’23, visit https://www.boomboxindustries.com.au/boomboxdjx/ and use the PASSWORD: BOOMBOXDJX for a chance to secure your very own booth.

His Story: As an 18-year DJ vet from Australia, Dan was getting tired of losing hours in set ups and pack downs. “It’s hours where I could be making money,” he thought. “There has to be a better way.” After a long and tired search, he found nothing in the market to help him with this issue, so he decided to fix the problem himself.

“The system I imagined needed to be lightweight, completely portable and carry everything I needed to be fully equipped for any possible gig I would show up for,” says Dan. “But it needs to look awesome, too – and what is cooler than a boombox?”

After building his vision, it wasn’t long before the bookings started to roll in faster than ever expected. “I was booking out months in advance” he says. “So, I thought, ‘Well, I better make another one.’”

Within 12 months, he had his own fleet of six booths and was shuffling between 15 to 20 bookings a week – at that point, Dan was dominating the mobile-DJ market in his hometown of Canberra. He quickly became the go-to entertainer for many high-profile companies and organizations, including the local government for the Australian Capital City.

The customer feedback was unbelievable; however, it wasn’t long before he realized that it wasn’t just his clients that wanted to book him. Inquiries from other DJs were rolling in on where to get one of those cool systems. With such success, Dan realized, “Why wouldn’t other mobile DJs want to grow their business like I did?” So, he decided to create BoomBox Industries and share his booth with the Australian market – and now it’s available to the rest of the world, including North America.

The BoomBox Booth offers the next level in DJ equipment, a new approach that will take any DJ’s bookings to completely new heights! With its sleek design and lightweight structure, it’s easy to transport, set up and pack down. How quick is this setup? Under than 10 minutes! Add to that, the BoomBox Booth’s modular design allows the client to customize the colors to suit any brand, logo, or business’ event style. “Wedding white,” says Dan, “is a big seller to mobile DJs,”

With sound-activated lighting, touchscreen display, and in-built speaker system, the BoomBox Booth can pack a punch at any event.

“As DJs,” Dan asks, “what made them get into music in the first place? Was it for the love of creating and mixing tracks? Or was it to make their audience move with every beat? Was it the culture or the tunes that were blasting out of their decks?”

For him, it was always about being the life of the party, injecting an event with entertainment, not just music. “But whatever your reason,” he says, “no matter the kind of entertainment you want to give to your clients – from single DJs to corporate brands – the BoomBox Booth is a statement that brings life to any event. And it’s a marketing tool in itself. I can’t tell you how many times one of my booths has been captured at an event by guests and shared on socials, photos with football legends, and TV personalities posted through the media. What other event-DJ setup would get that kind of publicity? You just can’t buy attention like that.”

The BoomBox Booth has been a huge success since its release in 2019, and it will make its debut in the U.S. market at the upcoming DJX ’23 show, Aug. 7-10 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, N.J.

At DJX, BoomBox Industries will give attendees the chance to get their hands their own BoomBox Booth before anyone else in the United States. It’s set to revolutionize the DJ/entertainment industry, so make sure you head down to DJX ’23 and visit the BoomBox Industries booth for a chance to try the set-up out for yourself.

As an introductory offer at DJX, BoomBox Industries will have exclusive discounts only available at the show. Additionally, it will offer the chance to pre-order (via www.boomboxindustries.com.au) and pick up systems at the event. Pre-order stocks are very limited, so get in touch with Dan to get your BoomBox Booth now.

You won’t want to miss out on this one, so visit HERE and use the PASSWORD: BOOMBOXDJX to enter.
