Same Same But Different Festival 2025 Unveils Phase One Lineup

From September 26-28, SSBD Fest returns to Lake Perris, California with LSZEE, Zeds Dead, Dr. Fresch, and more.

Same Same But Different Festival (SSBD) is making waves once again with the announcement of its 2025 phase one lineup. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Perris, the fest returns with a genre-defying roster that includes LSZEE, Zeds Dead, Dr. Fresch, ALLEYCVT, Boogie T.rio, Łaszewo, DJ Susan, Opiuo, and more.

Known for its vibrant energy and intimate setting, SSBD promises another unforgettable weekend where bass-heavy beats, funky grooves, and soulful melodies come together for a one-of-a-kind sonic journey. But SSBD is far more than just a music festival. Attendees can recharge and reconnect through a host of daily wellness activations, from yoga sessions led by Amplified Yoga founder Donovan McGrath to sound healing, breathwork, and movement classes.

Beyond the mindful offerings, the festival’s signature experiences return: beachside Floatopia parties, Grandma’s House Party, a quirky Wedding Chapel, and the now-iconic Nakey Island – a private island collab with Almost Nakey featuring surprise DJ sets and daytime festivities.

“Festivals should be more than just stages and lights—they should spark something inside you. They should give you space to let go, to laugh, to dance like a kid again, and to remember what it feels like to be fully present. This year, we leaned all the way into that vision and we’ve curated moments that awaken the senses and reconnect us to ourselves—and to each other.” — Brad Sweet, Co-Founder, SSBD

In 2025, SSBD has also pushed boundaries with two groundbreaking ticket options. The IndepenDANCE Pass, a collaboration with other beloved California festivals like Desert Hearts and Northern Nights, offers attendees access to four events for one low price. Meanwhile, the Wonderfully Different Pass celebrates unity by linking SSBD with Wonderfront Festival. Not stopping there, SSBD also deepened its LA presence through a partnership with B-Side LA, co-producing its 10th anniversary and creating new opportunities for rising artists via a DJ Battle competition.

Tickets are available beginning May 1 at 9am PST, here.
