Las Vegas Welcomes New SUBSTANCE Nightclub

The versatile 18,000 square foot venue, opening on July 12, is situated in the heart of Downtown, Las Vegas.

Marcel Correa and Joe Borusiewicz, the dynamic duo behind RVLTN Events (Ravealation), are set to elevate the Las Vegas live music scene with their latest venture: SUBSTANCE. This newly announced venue is poised to become a central hub for diverse live entertainment, opening its doors on Friday, July 12.

SUBSTANCE is situated on the second floor of the Neonopolis Complex in the bustling Fremont District, encompassing a sprawling 18,000 square feet of event space. The venue promises a unique experience with its brutalist architecture and low ceilings, evoking a dystopian, post-apocalyptic warehouse vibe. This atmosphere, combined with cutting-edge audio/visual systems and one of the largest indoor LED installations in the area, ensures a fully immersive experience for all attendees. Renowned graffiti and digital artist Gear Duran has lent his artistic vision to the venue’s design, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

RVLTN Events has already made a significant impact as a leading independent electronic music promoter in the U.S., known for a wide array of club nights, concerts, and outdoor festivals. SUBSTANCE marks another milestone in their impressive portfolio, which includes notable entities like ALTURA Presents, Elation, and Jackpot. At SUBSTANCE, RVLTN will collaborate with Insomniac, the notable event producers behind Electric Daisy Carnival and more, to bring top-tier dance music artists to the venue every Friday night. Saturdays will see Altura Presents transforming the space with its highly popular Latin events, while other nights will feature a diverse array of genres including Mexican regional, rock, R&B, and reggae.

The grand opening of SUBSTANCE will feature house music duo Walker & Royce on July 12, setting the stage for an electrifying evening of emotive and groove-heavy sounds. The following night, Altura Presents will host the venue’s first Latin evening, with a special guest lineup to be announced soon. The excitement continues throughout the summer with performances from Boombox Cartel on July 19, and bass music sensation CRANKDAT on July 26, among others.

Located just steps away from The Strip, adjacent to Las Vegas Boulevard and Fremont Street, SUBSTANCE is set to become a year-round home base for music fans eager to see their favorite artists in an intimate and innovative setting. Whether you’re into electronic beats, Latin rhythms, or something entirely different, SUBSTANCE is ready to deliver unforgettable live music experiences in the heart of Las Vegas.

Partners Marcel Correa and Joe Borusiewicz shared their thoughts:

“Growing up in Las Vegas, we’ve always loved our great city and its incredible potential to become a thriving local music scene. We’ve attended countless shows, festivals, & events here and our passion has always been about serving our fellow locals. As promoters, working with various venues throughout the city has given us deep insight into what works and what doesn’t — from guest experience and operations to overall strategy. No one enjoys paying $30 for parking or navigating a casino just to attend an event. People dislike strict dress codes, long lines for drinks and bathrooms, poor sound quality, and gouging fees. At SUBSTANCE, our goal is to create an entertainment destination that addresses these issues, incorporating everything we’d want as event producers and local music fans. We can’t wait to unveil our most exciting venture to date.”

Tickets for SUBSTANCE’s Grand Opening Weekend with Walker & Royce are available now at www.SubstanceLV.com.
