On the day Daft Punk announced their split just a year again, the French legends surprised the music world by popping back up on the internet Tuesday dropping a deluxe edition of their groundbreaking debut album, Homework to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
In addition to releasing their colossal deluxe edition, the duo streamed footage from their performance at the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles back in 1997 on Twitch and it would only air once.
The 25th-anniversary edition of Homework will feature 15 remixes, nine available on digital streaming platforms for the first time. Vinyls of the deluxe edition and Alive 1997 are set to be released on April 15th with pre=orders available now at daftpunk.com
