As of Sept. 24, the charity auction in Stockholm includes 267 of Tim “Avicii” Bergling’s personal items to be sold for mental health.
The Avicii Collection – A Charity Auction has officially opened as of September 24 at Nybrogatan 32 in Stockholm. A limited-edition auction catalog is available for purchase during the viewing period, along with other career-related memorabilia, all being auctioned for the benefit of The Tim Bergling Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of young people.
Visitors can view these items from September 24-30, 2024. The live auction will take place both at Nybrogatan 32 and online on Tuesday, October 1, at 3:00 pm local time (9:00 am NYC, 6:00 am LA, 10:00 pm Tokyo).
“We are so proud to finally showcase The Avicii Collection to the world; it is a truly unique auction and a personal tribute to one of the greatest and most beloved musicians and producers of our time. These are, of course, highly personal items, and seeing them in this setting is very touching. Therefore, it feels particularly fitting that they will now be converted into funds that can help others, thanks to the foundation the family founded in Tim’s name.” – Cecilia Gave, CEO of Stockholms Auktionsverket.
