The buzzing breakout electronic artist just released the latest single from his upcoming ‘High Tide’ EP on Sept. 13.
Chicago-based electronic artist ALIGN, also known as James Fisher, is set to captivate audiences once again with the release of his new single “Staying,” available today, Sept. 13. This track is the second offering from his eagerly awaited High Tide EP, showcasing his unique ability to craft immersive, introspective soundscapes.
“Staying” is a sonic journey through lush, filtered piano chords and ethereal sound effects, setting the stage for a calming, meditative listening experience. As the track unfolds, ALIGN introduces layers of texture that enhance the tranquil vibes, creating an expansive soundscape that allows listeners to find solace and introspection. It’s a testament to his skill as a producer, emphasizing the delicate balance of rhythm and melody that defines his music. This single serves as a perfect backdrop for moments of relaxation and reflection, embodying the essence of ALIGN’s musical philosophy.
“I love this one because it taps into the roots of my style of music. I’ve been trying a lot of different ideas lately and writing Staying was a nod to the music that I’m familiar with writing. I titled this one “Staying” when I decided that I was going to stay for a while longer and continue living in LA.” – ALIGN
