Following its debut at the EDC Las Vegas main stage, the track is out now via Columbia UK/Ultra Records.
Today (Friday, May 31), sought-after DJ and producer MK drops his first new single of the year, “She’s In The Club,” featuring the 20-year-old Iranian singer and rapper Asal. The track, released via Ultra Records / Columbia UK, is now available following a major main stage debut.
“She’s In The Club” made a grand debut on the main stage at EDC Las Vegas (kineticFIELD) last weekend, where MK performed in front of an enthusiastic crowd of over 70,000. This track is set to become a staple at festivals and clubs throughout the summer. MK’s collaboration with Asal introduces a fresh sound, blending her deep, monochrome vocal style seamlessly with his signature punchy house groove.
MK, with over 1 billion global streams across his catalog, remains one of the most prolific and influential figures in dance music. Known for his performances at major fests such as Coachella and Glastonbury, MK has consistently pushed the boundaries of house music. His previous hit, “Rhyme Dust” with Dom Dolla, dominated the summer of 2023, amassing over 150 million streams globally and securing the No. 1 spot on U.S. Dance Radio. The track also earned MK his first ARIA Award in Australia.
This summer, MK will continue his influential presence in the dance music scene with a season-long residency alongside Calvin Harris at Ushuaia Ibiza. He is also scheduled to perform at renowned festivals like Pinik Electronic and Creamfields, with select US appearances at The Brooklyn Mirage and Day Trip Festival in Southern California. In June, MK will grace the stage at the Mawazine Festival in Morocco, the world’s largest festival that attracts 2.8 million attendees over nine days.
Asal, the 20-year-old Iranian singer and rapper, is making waves with her unique blend of alternative and soulful R&B sounds. Gaining popularity on TikTok since 2022, Asal’s distinctive vocal style has captivated audiences. This October, she will join Artemas on the “You’re Really Early” tour, bringing her dynamic performances to new fans across the country.
