Available now on 617 Records, Joe Bermudez released his new track “Alone” ahead of his upcoming DJX ’23 set.

As things continue to heat up this summer, now that August is upon us – that means we’re just days away from the return of DJX Show to Atlantic City’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Just in time for his DJX ’23 performance, Joe Bermudez has released his brand-new single, “Alone,” which is available now through 617 Records, on all streaming platforms.

“Alone” is a cover of “Alone” by Kim Petras (with Nicki Minaj), which samples a very familiar melody – the 1999 smash-hit “Better Off Alone” by Alice Deejay. Petras exploded onto the scene most recently in a collaboration with Sam Smith, “Unholy,” and in his electro-pop infused rendition of “Alone,” Joe Bermudez adds his own twist to the song.

Based out of Boston, Joe Bermudez is a renowned DJ, producer, and radio personality who has shared the stage with legendary artists like David Guetta, Madonna, Rihanna, The Chainsmokers, and Lady Gaga. While his original music has gardened support from electronic music powerhouses Afrojack, Sam Feldt, Steve Aoki, Bingo Players, and Fedde le Grand, Bermudez has also provided his talent for A-list remixes for Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, and Kelly Clarkson. As a songwriter, Bermudez has also reached the coveted No. 1 spot on the Billboard Dance Club chart, several times over.

Be sure to catch Joe Bermudez perform at DAER Nightclub on Wednesday, August 9th during the DJX ’23 After Dark: Mobile Mash-Up Party, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.
